Benefit decisions are delivered to Nettikassa

You can view your benefit decision in Nettikassa the day after your application has been processed.

If you do not read the decision in Nettikassa, you will receive it by post seven days after the decision has been issued.
In Nettikassa LINKKI, you can update your personal information and communication settings. For example, you can enable email reminders about new messages and decisions. Messages are visible only in Nettikassa. We do not use the Suomi.fi messaging service.
Also check your email’s spam folder. Email reminders and other important messages may end up there.
