We have switched to electronic decisions
The unemployment fund has switched to issuing decisions on allowances electronically. From now on, you will be able to view your decisions electronically in Nettikassa. Decisions can be viewed in Nettikassa on the next weekday after your application has been processed.
If you do not visit Nettikassa and read the electronic decision, it will be mailed to you seven days after the decision was issued. You can change your personal information and message preferences in Nettikassa. We recommend activating email reminders on new messages and decisions, for example.
